Facilitator Guide

This facilitator guide was developed to support a co-facilitation model in which each student selected a session and led small group discussions with peers. The Community Health Workers in Zambia: Incentive Design and Management case invites students to explore decision-making processes and policy analysis through an interdisciplinary public health lens. Themes include policy formation, global health, healthcare access and workforce shortages, recruitment and retention, compensation, resource allocation, funding mechanisms, government and nonprofit roles, community engagement, sustainability, evaluation, and urban versus rural health disparities.
